Miranda Montes de Oca was born in Miami, Florida and began her dance training at age of 5. To further her training, she attended Summer Intensive Programs with scholarships to Sarasota Ballet, Harid Conservatory, Pennsylvania Ballet, and Colorado Ballet. Miranda danced professionally with Dimensions Dance Theatre of Miami for 5 years and is now a company artist with South Carolina Ballet. She’s also taught at dance studios throughout South Florida and loves sharing her passion for dance with aspiring dancers.
