Terms and Conditions

By submitting an online Registration Form to Bailey Fine Arts Centre, you accept the associated charges, verify that the entered user and billing information is correct, and give Bailey Fine arts permission to process payment transactions using the credit card provided.

Remember that you are not registered or enrolled for classes until the online registration process has been submitted in full. At the end of registration, the appropriate registration fee, the two weeks’ tuition for August, and the full tuition for September must also be paid (this will be accessed via the card on file once the registration has been entered into our system). Registration should be completed as soon as possible to ensure placement in your desired classes, which begin August 19, 2024. Class availability is on a first come first served basis. Upon registration, you agree to give Bailey Fine Arts the right to use any photos or videos taken of your child(ren) to be used in promotion of Bailey Fine Arts Centre in the media of its choice (ie. newspapers, flyers, website, billboards, etc.).
